John Christophersen has over 20 years experience as a Director of Cadbury Schweppes entities in Australia, Canada, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, India and Pakistan. He was a Director of Cadbury Schweppes Australia for 8 years. He held leadership roles of Supply Chain. During his tenure with the business, he lived in Singapore, Indonesia and Canada for a combined 17 years.
Domenic Isola commenced his career in Local Government in 1996 as Internal Auditor & Manager Treasury Services with Wyndham City Council following a career in institutional banking audit as Manager Treasury & Business Banking Audit Victoria from 1989 – 1996 with the Commonwealth Bank. Domenic is a former executive member of Finance Professionals in Local Government and the Certifi ed Practicing Accountants Public Sector Committee. Domenic commenced with Hume City Council in June 1999 and during his time at Hume City Council, he has held the positions of Finance Manager and Director City Governance and Information. Domenic was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Hume City Council on 6 August 2007. As Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for overall management of operations and advising Council on policy and strategy matters.
Bill Jaboor has over 40 years of experience in local government in both Victoria and Queensland. He was appointed CEO of Brimbank City Council in 2012, having previously been the CEO of Hobsons Bay City Council from 2004-2012 and the CEO of the City of Greater Shepparton from 1994 to 2004.
In addition to his role as CEO of Brimbank, Bill also lends his expertise to a number of orgnisations. In 2009 he was appointed the inaugural Chair of the Western Melbourne Regional Development Australia Committee. He is a Board Member of Community Chef and Regional Kitchen Pty Ltd, and a current board member of the Port Phillip and Westernport Catchment Management Authority.
Bill has an Associate Diploma of Business Studies (RMIT), a Bachelor of Arts Degree (University of Queensland) and an MBA (Deakin University). He has completed a short course for State and Local Government Executives at Harvard University and became a Williamson Leadership Fellow in 1996.
As an active, committed and involved member of the community, Bill has extensive experience across industry, health and education. He is a Founding Member, Committee of Management – Fairley Leadership (the Goulburn Murray Community Leadership Program); a Past Member, Ladders to Success – Indigenous Employment Program (a COAG initiative); Past Member, LaTrobe University Shepparton Campus Committee; Past Member, Department of Rural Health Management Committee, University of Melbourne; Past President, Institute of Municipal Management, Victorian Division; Past Member, Goulburn-North East Water for Agriculture Ministerial Committee; and a Past Director, Collections Council of Australia

Andrew is the CEO of AW Bell Pty Ltd a manufacturer of components for the aerospace and defence industries. AW Bell was inducted into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame in 2011. Andrew currently holds board positions with the CSIRO Victorian Direct Manufacturing Consortium and the South-East Melbourne Manufacturers Alliance.
Andrew has over 15 years of Senior Executive Management experience gained internationally and locally in the food manufacturing sector including Goodman Fielder and Qantas Flight Catering.
Margot Smith retired in 2011 after nearly 30 years in the retail industry with various subsidiaries of the Myer, Coles and Wesfarmers Groups, where her last position was Executive Director/General Manager Retail Services for Target.
She has strong strategic leadership and financial management skills and qualifications, which include a B. Ec.(hons) from the University of Tasmania and an MBA from IMI (now IMD) Switzerland, and experience that cover a broad range of business disciplines. She was a Director of the Anglesea Golf Club for six years and is now a elected Councillor on the Surf Coast Shire, a Director of RSPCA Victoria, and Deputy Chair of the Geelong Regional Library Corporation. Her passions include golf, walking, travel, reading and opera.

A qualified teacher and economist, Michael has held a series of senior positions with the Department of Education, the Office of Local Government and Victoria Grants Commission. Michael has held executive positions at the Moonee Valley City Council, Ballarat City Council, Surf Coast Shire and the Darebin City Council. Since 2010, Michael has established his own management consulting business.
